So much going on! We seeded our fall & winter storage beets this week in the greenhouse, which seems crazy. We've been irrigating every day, different fields, because we haven't had rain in weeks. About half of our winter squash is planted, and the other half goes in tomorrow - pumpkins, butternut and acorn, delicata, and kabocha. Fava beans are almost ready for picking, and the spring peas are almost done. Last of the strawberries this weekend. All the tomatoes are staked and have a first twine on them. All the plantings of spring broccoli and cauliflower are turned under. Our 5th planting of carrots is coming up. And the flower garden is almost ready for pick-your-own.
