corn, part II

Remember how corn is taking over the world? Mostly by being made into high fructose corn syrup and added to every processed food ever, but also by being made into ethanol, so we can drive more, and by racking up most of the farm subsidies.

But here's a new treat for corn-lovers: when made into high fructose corn syrup, it has a special new ingredient we somehow just found out about: MERCURY!
